Will I get what I see on the site?
The most of art on the site were sold, your painting will be created very similar in same style, colors, you will receive the same quality and beauty of the painting as what you see from the pictures.
Some customers asked how similar between original piece shows online and recreated piece. I can not promise you will get an IDENTICAL one as you see from the photo, because only art prints/machine can do EXACTLY same as pictured. All my paintings are hand-painted, so, every brush strokes might be different, but I DO promise you will get it in same quality and same beauty, I have sold over 2,600 pieces on Etsy, 99% of 5 stars reviews.
Quality is the last thing you need to worried about.

Frames shown are for illustrative purposes only, and it's not included in your order.
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched), packed and shipped in a quality plastic/cardboard tube to avoid damages, it's 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat status once you stretch it on a wooden base. You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it at any of your local framing shop, depends on your taste, it's beautiful both way. Depending on the sizes, there is ADDITIONAL 2" to 5" white margin/border around the image part of painting for stretching/framing, it should be enough for all kind of wooden stretch bars.

Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:
In-stock item - Will be shipped in 2 days.
Acrylic painting - 6-9 days for producing, 3-5 days international shipping, you will receive it around 2 weeks after ordering.
Oil painting - 6-9 days days for producing, 10 days for drying completely, 3-5 days international shipping, you will receive it around 3 weeks after ordering.

A tracking number will be sent to you via shop shipping notification, you will receive it just in around 4 days after it's shipped.

Damages
We pack all paintings in solid tube very carefully, normally it will arrive to your home safely. However, sometimes, it might arrive damaged, so, VERY IMPORTANT! Unpack the package in front of the courier, if it's damaged, please follow the below STEPS:

1. Please ask courier man to write 'the item is damaged/broken' or something like that on the waybill.
2. You can have the paintings after you and courier man both confirm the damages, ALSO, make sure courier man write the package and item is damaged on waybill.
3. Call the courier company to claim, you will be required to provide photos of the damaged package and item, also a claim form to fill out, after all, you will get a CLAIM NUMBER, which mean the courier company accept the claim and confirm the damages, please send me the claim number and photos of each side of the package, and damaged parts on painting to me, I will arrange to deliver a new painting immediately.
4. If courier man just leave package at your door, there is no way you can confirm damages in front of courier man, please ignore NO.1 and No.2, do No.3 above.

Keep the damaged painting and the package until the problem is solved.

We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or get a FULL refund.

Items should be returned in its original condition, and it must be packed in its original packing in a plastic tube (please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box). If your painting is stretched or framed, it's not acceptable for return and exchange.

We want happy customers!! For any reason, if you don't like the painting you received, you can return it in its original package and condition in 30 days on the receipt of it. You only need to do 3 things:

1. Email us at [email protected] for our shipping address to ship painting back (please DO NOT pack it with cardboard box, it must be packed it in a plastic tube like I do).

2. Ship it back with Post Office ONLY!! Because it's cheapest and it doesn't require too many paper work when it imports to China.

Fast and beautiful. I will definitely order again. Beautiful painting without going to the museum. Ideas for improvements: 1) Offer the painting in the size of the original work of art. I know it probably complicates things because you won't have standard dimensions 2) I didn't see an option for a mat with framing.
